Please read carefully and fill out the application below.

NO "ready-made" hot-held foods of any kind, NO alcohol or drug sales of any kind (licensed craft wine/beer vendors may sell sealed bottles not to be opened on premise - alcohol will be sold by the venue for on-site consumption by 21+ adults with valid ID.) 

8x8' spaces may NOT have backdrops of any kind & must bring their own 6-foot table, NO tents for any size space, 10x10' space(s) include the 8-foot table(s) and chairs.

ALL FOOD SALES/SAMPLES SHALL BE FOOD-GRADE PRODUCTS FROM LICENSED KITCHENS ONLY - LICENSE IS TO BE FURNISHED IMMEDIATELY AT ANY TIME, UPON REQUEST. 

Vendor load-in is 8AM and ends at 10:30AM WITHOUT EXCEPTION. Do not arrive to setup at a later time than this. We do not provide refunds, for any reason, starting 24 hours before the event load-in time. You MUST remain set-up for the duration of the event until 6PM - NO early take downs! Loading dock is located to the right side of the venue and can fit 2 large trucks or 3 cars at a time. Picture and map will be sent in follow-up email. 

The Ramada at Wyndham Seekonk will have rooms available in the "Sweets & Treats" block. Further info will be sent via email.

Limited to 2 staff per table, additional tickets may be purchased on Eventbrite.
